2) Simultaneous/consecutive interpretation (English/Korean)
is available for all events.
3) The Secretariat and Exhibition Hall must make all
effort to ensure to have a safe and secure exhibition.
The Exhibition Hall and Exhibits will be guarded with
security guards and CCTVs.
4) The Exhibition closes at 6:00p.m. Exhibitors shall
cooperate with the Secretariat and the Exhibition Hall
to safe guard the Exhibition and Exhibits against possible
burglary and/or vandalism after closing hours.
5) The Secretariat shall not be held liable for any
damage, loss and/or robbery of Exhibits caused by not
following the Secretariat and the Exhibition Hall¡¯s
security instruction. Exhibitors who wish to stay in
the Exhibition Hall after 6:00 p.m. should discuss this
with the BFC in advance.
6) The business meeting room in the exhibition hall
is open exclusively to BIFCOM badge holders.
7) Free snacks and beverages will be offered to BIFCOM
badges holders at the business lounge in exhibition
hall.
8) Exhibitors can request for volunteers for assistance,
within reasons.
9) BIFCOM schedules and other related information will
be available at the Information desk and BFC office.
If you need any assistance, simply ask them.
10) Free parking spaces are available for Exhibitors
and visitors. However, for trucks and other larger vehicles,
please use designated parking spaces adjacent to the
building.
11) Exhibitors are the primary caretaker of their Exhibits.
The Secretariat is not responsible for any loss or damage
of Exhibits at all.
12) If Exhibitors or visitors are responsible for fire
or any loss/damage of Exhibits, they will be held liable.
13) Because of the ground condition of the exhibition
hall, the weight of exhibits is limited. If one exhibit
is over 1ton/1§³ or 5tons of weight, the exhibitor should
consult with the Secretariat in advance.
14) If Exhibitors are found not following this weight
restriction, they could be held responsible for their
actions.
15) Exhibits must be within assigned booths and/or
spaces.
16) Exhibitors should consider safety of people and
property, and the effect on other Exhibitors when he/she
is giving a presentation.
17) The Secretariat or the Exhibition Hall can restrict
or halt Exhibitors¡¯ presentations, if they consider
the safety is in question.
18) Sound level should not be above the level of disturbing
the other booths (80dB or less).
19) Speakers and other audio equipment should be installed
no higher than 1.2m from the ground, and speakers should
not face out the booth.
20) TVs and multi-vision monitors should be installed
1m away from the aisle, and they should not obstruct
visitors¡¯ passage.
21) If an Exhibitor disturbs other Exhibitors or visitors,
the Secretariat might be forced to take measures such
as cutting powers to their booths.
22) No aggressive touting is permitted in the exhibition
hall.
23) No sale of merchandise is permitted within the
Exhibition Hall, except for printed publications.
24) If Exhibitors install custom made booths or larger
Exhibits, they should be completely removed, and the
Exhibition Hall must be restored to the original condition
within 24hours after the Exhibition.
25) If the restoration is not complete within the given
time, the Secretariat may dispose the remaining objects
and charges the expanses to the responsible exhibitor.
26) Exhibitors should remove all the exhibits, equipments
and other materials used in the exhibition completely.
